Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Digi Arcade! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Digi Arcade provides the following creative services:

• Graphic Design: Branding, print design, packaging, logo design, social media design.

• Web Design: UI/UX, responsive design, e-commerce, wireframing, prototyping.

• Video Editing and Production: Motion graphics, cinematography, VFX, post-production.

• 3D Modeling and Animation: Rendering, game design, architectural visuals.

A detailed description of services for each project will be included in the Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made through UPI, Wire Transfer, PayPal, or other specified methods. A late fee of 5% will apply for payments overdue by more than 3 days.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all required assets (e.g., logos, product names, dimensions, reference images etc).

• Responding promptly with feedback to ensure timely project completion.

Failure to provide necessary information on time may result in project delays.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. However, Digi Arcade retains the right to showcase the deliverables in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions and Additional Work

Three rounds of revisions are included in the project scope. Additional revisions will be charged at ₹500 per hour or per revision, subject to prior written approval.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for any proprietary information shared during the project. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect for one year after project completion.

7. Liability Limitations

Digi Arcade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our deliverables. Our liability is limited to the total payment received for the project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with one day's notice if the other party breaches the terms. Digi Arcade will retain payments for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Force Majeure

Digi Arcade is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, they will be addressed through [arbitration/mediation] in New Delhi.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments

Digi Arcade reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies your acceptance.
